PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LOG!!! - You are required to do 225 minutes of physical activity per week . Almost any type of physical activity will count toward your minutes you will be logging. If you are unsure if a certain type of physical activity will work please WebMail me.
- You can find a link to the Physical Activity Log at the bottom of this page and also in the first unit. You may also create your own log if that's easier in a Word or Excel document; you will need to include the date, type of activity, and how long you did it for.
- The Physical Activity Log will be a running log, meaning you will keep track of everything activity you do all semester and submit your most recent log when the lesson asks you to upload it to the drop box.
